This year’s Learning Technologies Awards 2023 shortlist has been announced and includes many new and well-known names from within the learning technologies industry and beyond. Tenneo proudly joins this elite group after being chosen from a pool of over 450 submissions. 

In the next phase, all shortlisted companies will have the opportunity to present their innovative solutions to the judging panel for their respective categories. These presentations will be conducted online over a two-week period, commencing in late September. The much-anticipated winners will be officially announced during the glittering gala evening on 15 November at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge in London. 

Tata AIA, a leading insurance provider in India, faced challenges in training a vast network of agents on over 200 complex products, compliance, and reducing high attrition rates. Seeking a technology-based learning solution, they partnered with Tenneo. The solution, V-Academy, a learning management system, integrated with HRMS, streamlined onboarding and personalized learning paths.
