The entries were evaluated by an international panel of independent industry experts, Brandon Hall Group senior analysts, and their executive team. The selection was based on the following criteria - value proposition, innovation, unique differentiators, technical functionality, and overall measurable results.

Tenneo (formerly G-Cube LMS) won Brandon Hall Gold - Best advance in Social Learning Technology for Vi Learning Studio for its famous ‘Active Wall’ that fosters the spirit of collaboration. Post implementation of Active Wall, the LMS usage and adoption increased by 37%.

Another Brandon Hall Gold - Best Advance in Learning Management Technology for External Training was won for Tata AIA. Tenneo (formerly G-Cube LMS) provided Tata AIA with a learning management platform ‘VAcademy’ that included Automated Dynamic Learning Path for every registered salesperson. This helped complete 3.4 Lakh trainings by registered LMS users.

Tenneo (formerly G-Cube LMS) also won the Brandon Hall Bronze - Best Advance in Gaming or Simulation Technology for The Standard Chartered Business Banking Simulation. The program uses historical and market data to create simulated situations that the participants may navigate through, analyzing available data to make the right decision.

Another Brandon Hall Bronze - Best Advance in Performance Support Technology was bagged for LMS Implementation for Tata Motors eLearn Academy for Dealer Sales Staff. This centralized learning management platform enhanced capabilities of dealership sales staff with a continuous and a motivating learning in a virtual environment. It helped achieve a 46% increase in the performance of sales staff.

Last but not the least, the Brandon Hall Bronze - Best Advance in Learning Management Technology was won for Increasing Performance of Medical Representatives (MRs) for Dr Reddy’s with Tenneo (formerly G-Cube LMS) LMS - ‘eNable’. It helped meet the compliance training requirements by providing a continuous and engaging training and learning environment.
